American Alligator - Hissing - Florida - I posted one of these guys prior and he seemed pretty content to just lay there and digest a meal, maybe a prior tourist....

But this guy was either hungry or just not in the mood to talk. He hissed at me and I took that as a good time to get away, and did just that. He was maybe 10 feet long, laying alongside the road. It really is an incredible place down in the Everglades!
